An organization is your company or agency workspace. Inside it, you create one or more brands (clients or product lines). Each brand has its own products, generations, social connections, and ad accounts. Members are invited at the organization level with roles that control access.
Generations are AI-produced images created from your brand prompts, product photos, and creative direction. You pick a prompt template, attach products or reference images, select AI models, and generate outputs stored in your brand library for use in social posts and ads.
From a brand workspace, go to Social > Connections and click Connect with Meta Business. You sign in through Meta Business Portfolio and not a personal profile and approve the assets (Pages, Instagram accounts, ad accounts) assigned to your brand.
Requires a Facebook Page and Instagram Business or Creator account linked to that Page.
Uses Meta system-user tokens for reliable scheduling and background publishing.

Yes. Use the social calendar or compose flow to schedule posts. A background worker publishes at the scheduled time using your connected Meta system-user token, so posts go live even when you are offline.
Yes. The Ads suite supports campaign creation across standard Meta objectives including traffic, engagement, leads, sales, and awareness. Campaigns are created in a paused state by default for safety before you activate spend.
Application data is stored on MongoDB Atlas and media files on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Object Storage. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest. See https://brands.onpromptads.com/security/ for details.
