Data deletion instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of your data from OnPromptAds Brands, operated by MrX Innovation Lab Pvt Ltd. This satisfies Meta's requirement for a user data deletion callback URL and provides clear instructions for all users.

To stop OnPromptAds Brands from accessing your Meta data and delete stored Meta tokens:

• Sign in at https://brands.onpromptads.com/sign-in/
• Open your organization and select the brand that is connected to Meta.
• Go to Social > Connections.
• Click Disconnect next to the connected Meta Business integration.
• This immediately revokes our access tokens and removes encrypted token storage for that brand.

You may also remove the OnPromptAds app from your Meta Business Integrations at business.facebook.com > Settings > Business integrations.

Organization administrators can archive or delete brand workspaces from the brand settings page. Deleting a brand removes associated products, generations, social connection data, and scheduled content for that brand, subject to backup retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.

To permanently delete your personal user account and profile data:

• Email brands@onpromptads.com from the address associated with your account.
• Subject line: "Account deletion request - OnPromptAds Brands".
• Include your full name and the organization(s) you belong to.
• We will verify your identity and confirm deletion within 30 days.

If you are the sole administrator of an organization, please specify whether the entire organization should be deleted or ownership transferred before account deletion.

Organization owners may request full organization deletion by emailing brands@onpromptads.com with organization name, slug, and confirmation that all members have been notified. We will delete organization data including brands, prompts, generations, member records, and connected integration data after a verification period.

When a user removes our app via Facebook, Meta sends a signed deletion request to our backend. We process these requests automatically: associated Meta tokens are deleted, webhook subscriptions are removed, and cached Meta platform data linked to that connection is purged within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

For manual requests initiated through Meta's flow, you will receive a confirmation code. You can check deletion status by contacting us at brands@onpromptads.com with that code.

If you signed in with Google, deleting your OnPromptAds Brands account removes our copy of your profile information. To revoke Google OAuth access separately, visit myaccount.google.com > Security > Third-party apps with account access, and remove OnPromptAds Brands.

We may retain limited records where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, billing disputes, or anonymized analytics. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before automatic purge.
